Monica has been in the medical field for over 9 years. She joined CCSD in 2016 acting in a specialized dual role with the Billing and Patient Entry teams due to her valuable experience in both arenas. She has since been certified in Dermatology coding and joins the billing department with an extensive background in both billing and customer service.
