There are several wrinkle treatments to relax fine lines, plump creases and smooth facial folds.
Neuromodulators
Botox, Dysport, Xeomin and Jeuveau can temporarily reduce wrinkles by relaxing the muscles that produce forehead wrinkles, crow’s feet, and frown lines. At Chicago Cosmetic Surgery and Dermatology, all new Botox patients have a personalized cosmetic consultation with one of our Board-Certified Dermatologists or Plastic Surgeon to assess the treatment areas and receive a detailed quote. A Botox or Dysport appointment is a fairly painless, quick 10 minute procedure. Minimal redness or swelling should resolve within hours after treatment, with most patients returning to work immediately after their appointment. Wrinkle treatments relax in 1-5 days for Dysport, 3-14 days for Botox and results last 3-4 months.
Injectable Dermal Fillers
We have a long list of injectable fillers at our practice with experienced Board-Certified and Fellowship Trained Physicians to smooth lines and wrinkles. The type and amount of filler used will be determined by your CCSD Provider at your cosmetic consultation. Hyaluronic Acid Fillers types include the Restylane Family of Injectables, Juvederm Fillers, RHA Collection and Belotero.
