Nancy Friel is a Dermatology administration guru having been in the field for more than thirty years. She is a member of ADAM (Association of Dermatology Administrators and Managers) and continues to further her knowledge of the specialty by regularly attending peer meetings. Her positions have ranged from Medical Assistant to Front Office Supervisor and Practice Administrator. Today she focuses on Revenue Cycle Management which includes educating patients on insurance coverage and cost of treatment as well as working to balance the budget of the practice as a whole.
