May is skin cancer awareness month. In addition to running our free mole check clinic on May 1st the providers and staff of Chicago Cosmetic Surgery and Dermatology will be participating in Miles for Melanoma on July 9th 2017. This 5k event for walkers and runners aims to raise awareness and money for research in the fight against melanoma, the deadliest form of skin cancer.
