As a reminder, CCSD will be celebrating the holidays with our families and we want to make sure that all of your appointments, prescriptions and products are accounted for! Be sure to give us a call at 312-245-9965 option 2 to make sure your stocked up and ready for holiday traveling!
- December 23rd – normal business hours
- December 24th – 8:00am to 1:00pm
- December 25th – Christmas Day – CLOSED
- December 26th through December 30th – normal business hours
- December 31st – 8:00am to 5:00pm
- January 1st – New Year’s Day – CLOSED
- January 2nd & January 3rd – normal business hours
