This is a family friendly, pet friendly, 5K walk and community event dedicated to finding a cure for psoriatic disease. Join CCSD to learn about new ways to manage psoriatic disease, enjoy free samples at the health fair, hear inspiring stories of people living with psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, and celebrate the accomplishments and successes of others striving toward finding a cure for psoriatic disease. If you are living with psoriasis and/or psoriatic arthritis, we invite you to join us and raise much needed awareness.
